When we decided to sell our house we called Denise Evans. Within 1 hour after she put the sign in the yard we had people stopping. How this is in a time when houses were not selling very fast. Within 10 days we had 3 written offers and many other ones where people would drive by and ask about the house. The house closed within 30 days of the offer we accepted.
Denise did a wonderful job for us and I would recommend her to anyone. She knew what we could get out of the house and priced it accordingly. We got what we were asking, which is rare. She went out of her way to do things for us.
